Accessing Information — Solving the Unique Learning and Training Needs of Organizations

Business Book Review®
(BBR) summaries extract the key concepts of the best business books,
enabling executives and managers to quickly and easily keep abreast of
the latest in business intelligence & trends. Following a rigorous
selection process, expertly-written summaries are created for the top
business books published each year. The BBR library offers coverage of
hundreds of books with new summaries added weekly. For each book, BBR
provides written summaries in multiple lengths (300-, 600-, and
4,500-words) as well as audio versions (MP3 format) for many titles.

Business Source® Corporate
is designed to meet the diverse information needs of today’s companies. This database contains full text from nearly 3,000 quality magazines and journals, including sources ranging from general business periodicals to management publications. Additional sources include more than 1,400 country economic reports from EIU, Global Insight, ICON Group International, CountryWatch, etc.; more than 10,000 substantial company profiles; and 5,095 industry reports.

Learners can link from the competency map directly into the full text of articles or appropriate book summary. The mapping process integrates learning content into LMS-driven or CLO-created learning objects.
